We cannot accept unused goods in damaged packaging unless they are faulty. Freight charges are not refundable. We recommend using a tracked service for any return as until the goods reach us, they are still your responsibility so please consider this for your peace of mind.
Please email email@example.com notifying us that you wish to return an item including the invoice number and the reason for returning it. Once we have received the returned products we will notify you by email of your exchange or refund entitlement.
